With a successful career in Elementary Education, I discovered a new calling in real estate—one that perfectly blended my love for houses with my genuine desire to help others. Real estate quickly became a natural fit, as I have always enjoyed the process of exploring homes and imagining how they can become someone’s sanctuary.

My journey in real estate began by working with a couple navigating a divorce. Interestingly, this occurred shortly after I navigated through one myself. That experience, both challenging and enlightening, reinforced my belief that the hardships we face in life often serve a greater purpose. It also taught me the importance of empathy and how essential a supportive, knowledgeable resource can be during times of transition. I aim to use both my personal and professional experiences to help others navigate their own real estate journeys with confidence and ease.

As a real estate professional, I pride myself on providing a comprehensive, client-centered approach to buying, selling, and investing in real estate. My goal is not only to close deals but to serve as a trusted advisor, guiding my clients with integrity, transparency, and a deep understanding of their individual needs. Raised in Childersburg with three siblings, I was taught from a young age that success requires hard work and perseverance—principles that have shaped both my personal and professional life. After high school, I pursued a degree in Health Administration from Auburn University, graduating in December 1996. I spent the next 25 years supporting my family while continuing my education and earning a Master’s in Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2009. For the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding students and their families in the classroom, and now I am proud to extend that same passion for service into the real estate industry.

My background in education has taught me the value of clear communication, patience, and active listening—skills that I bring to every real estate transaction. I understand that each client’s needs are unique, and I’m committed to offering personalized advice and support, whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, a growing family, or someone embarking on a new chapter of your life.

I currently live in Vestavia Hills with my son, while my daughter resides in the Birmingham area, and my youngest son is pursuing his studies at Auburn University. All of my children are currently working toward their college degrees, which reinforces my belief in the power of education, growth, and lifelong learning. These values guide me both in my personal life and in my work as a real estate professional.

When I’m not assisting clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring the outdoors, and staying actively involved in my community. I’m always looking for ways to give back and support others in meaningful ways.
